About the Album

 

This album traces my journey amidst a period of deep change and transition in my life. As I navigated this time seeking clarity and understanding, I collected these little seeds along the way. Each song is a reflection of my path; of stepping into wholeness. Embracing vulnerability. Welcoming everything. Opening myself to the Unknown. 

 

These songs hold a reverence for life’s ever-changing flow and a quest for the stillness that dwells within it—the Yin within the Yang. All as I walk the balance of paradox and polarity with all the grace I have to offer. 

 

May these songs be a prayer to the path, an ode to the Mystery.
