'Ensemble' is a Community Album that features 14 songs by 14 local artists.

Coming straight from the Jamhouse Studio in Tio’tia:ke / Montreal,

this project was dreamed up and produced by our founder, Emma Anders. 

 

This album offers a space to breathe, feel, be held and uplifted

during these challenging times we are facing in humanity.

 

One of the special things about this project is that the music is mainly composed with the voice: 

Each song features rich vocal arrangements, sung by the Jamhouse Choir. 

The intention was to create something that captures

the power of singing together in community,

the weightless beauty of harmony, and the infinite potential of the human voice -

one of the most powerful and transformational tools we have for healing.

'Ensemble' steps into the heart and brings us into a circle -

here we stand with all of life, with a sense of deep remembrance, with all the parts of who we are,

with courage and reverence, holding our individual and collective wounding with compassion, alchemizing. Here there is love, there is trust, there is hope for humanity -

we are singin' each other home.
